- Remaining Certificate balance, if any, is forfeit upon use.
- Costs exceeding Certificate value will be paid by redeemer.
- Certificate may not be transferred, suspended, or modified.
- Certificate has no cash value and cannot be refunded.
- Certificate cannot be replaced if lost, damaged, or stolen.
